The price and the location, the staff was friendly.

That I sat in a wet spot on the bed when we arrived, (febreeze I'm sure) but I asked a maid about it and was informed that they spray them daily as the dont was the bed spreads but every 2 to 3 days :( gross!! We did not use the bed spread!

Fairly clean hotel, CONSISTENTLY COURTEOUS stuff, favourable and decent location in the center. Location so close to Close to restaurants, and the nearby Farmers Skillet. For shots visit The Lab Bar and Grill, nestled within 25 minutes' walk of the property.
